c.1880 Perry-Thompson House in Kentucky $179K
$179,000
The Perry-Thompson House is a three-bay, three-bedroom, three-bath common bond brick house built prior to 1880. Note the double chimneys and the sharp gables above the second story windows. Sometime before the 1970s, the enclosed porch was added to the facade. The home was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976. I would remove and replace the sign by the front door with a “Perry-Thompson House c.1880” plaque.
