Approximately 20′ x 25’6″ *2 story *original stairs-were covered with flooring when moved to the location in the 1950’s, stone stairs built in the center so stairs were not used since 1950 but show amazing wear from the 100 years before * interior walls already removed (porches and extra addition are removed) *ceiling board/2nd story floor boards 1 5/8″ x 5″ tongue and groove.
Front bottom log was new in 1950’s and the door changed to a window. South door was used.Log at top of windows was also new at that time. *wide boards on the inside of the roof *fireplace has a 1950’s insert *one area has a step up, with the bottom of the beams at 7′, rest is 7’7″ to bottom of beams, could be erected on a foundation that brings it up. That’s the difference in the 2 parts now. *Pictures of 2nd floor and ceiling above the beams, was divided into 3 bedrooms but walls are removed. * logs 16″-19″ in height *bottom log and log at the top of the front.
windows were replaced in 1950 when it was moved from Noble county.

The cabin sits on a 100’x 100′ lot, which can be purchased or will be sold separately once the cabin has been removed. The lot is across the road from the homes on the lake and does not have lake access.
