It is interesting to see what these cheap old houses have recently sold for. If this week’s offering is any indication, a buyer can expect to pay way over asking price in Washington state, while southeast state homes took a big bite out of their asking price.
I have noticed that the cheap old houses in better neighborhoods sell much more quickly, while those in the higher-crime area take a while.
