Omigoodness, I rarely say this; but I think this one’s a straight salvage. I’d repurpose any and all other materials I could for a new build, and I’d rehome those beautiful fireplace mantels.

Truly a real fixer upper. Too far gone for any but the person with deep pockets. Appears to have been a really nice house in it’s day, but it’s days may be gone.

Yes . There is serious damage and repairs to be made , but this can once again be the magical home it once was .
If I had the $ , I would pour my blood , sweat and tears into it !
It would be a 3 -5 year job with me and a small crew , but it would be the jewel of the county and so worth the effort .
Some things in life are worth the effort to save . The more the effort , the more pleased you are with the result !
