Can this home be saved? Once in a blue moon, OHU50K features a home that is so beautiful, even in its decay, that we have to post it. With enough cash and sweat equity almost any structure can be restored, but this one simply makes us sad for the past.

The Abell Farm property is in a gorgeous rural location near Cazenovia, a lovely town in central upstate New York.

You have to give the realtor credit for putting himself in some danger taking these photos. Further down you will find additional photos taken in 1987 by the National Register, when the home was in rough shape but still retained some integrity.
