OHU50K NOTES
Save this old house. I doubt this home will find new owners any time soon. The rear had a fire, windows are boarded up, and general neglect have left this home with a high cost to repair. Add to that the high crime neighborhood and high taxes, and its future is dim. That is a shame, because this home has some beautiful original elements. It has been reduced to $2,500 but expected renovation funds are $106K and proof of funds in the amount of $109k is required.

The staircase needs new balusters, the windows need replacement, and the kitchen needs new appliances.

Wonderful interior workmanship. Looks like it could be a charmer in the right hands of someone willing to restore or relocate.
