Needs so much work, but I can never pass ups a typical Eastern Shore house, especially one on a couple of acres. The property is located near a beautiful brick church and is in one of my favorite parts of the country.
Crisfield is a delightful fishing village along the Tangier Sound, an arm of the Chesapeake Bay. Famous for Maryland crabs, the town has seafood restaurants, seafood packing houses, seafood distribution centers and the only Family Dollar Store that I’ve ever seen with a great water view.
Unfortunately, Crisfield has seen quite a bit of flooding of late. This home is in flood zone AE6.
