Save this old house. PRICE REDUCED BY ANOTHER $10, 000. TO $49, 995 THAT’S A LOT OF HOUSE FOR THE MONEY!!!! House is being sold AS IS, WHERE IS . A lot of sheetrock work, plumbing and electrical updating has been done to the home as well as new installations of two bathrooms that are not completely finished.

This home is a Fixer Upper . There used to be a type of elevator at the end of the front porch which was removed. There is a huge attic but no stairs to the attic. It may need roof repair as well. THIS HOME HAS BEEN REDUCED FROM $84, 900. TO $64, 950. AND NOW $49, 995. Seller would really like to see some offers come in.

Love the tall ceilings and grand entry hall! I looked at a old house in this town that was an enormous one story. Had amazing details but decided it needed too much work.
