Save this old house. We don’t often find cheap old houses in Idaho, but here is one, such as it is. The best thing about this home is its location. Idaho is a highly-sought after state, and Craigmont is a quaint little town (pop. 501).

I really can’t see how someone recently lived in this home, but that is what the listing agent says. She also says a buyer has the possibility of living in this home while remodeling is underway. I have lived in five homes while restoring them, but this one is beyond the pale, at least for me. Would you consider living in this house while remodeling? I’m curious.
