Save this old house. Large home with so much potential!

Two new furnaces (one in the attic for upper level/attic & one in basement for basement/main level). Upstairs bathroom new tile floor and walls, main floor powder room new tile floor. Entire home rewired with new breaker box.

Basement was an apartment, and could be finished to be one again.

Radiant heaters burst causing flooding, so main level has been gutted and is ready for new floor and drywall. Most of the plumbing has been removed…some has been replaced with pex. Large attic could be finished for a master suite, play area, or anything you want it to be. Build some quick equity in this one. Home sold as-is.
