Save this old house. They usually say, “Don’t judge a book by its cover” when the cover is in poor condition. In this case, it is the opposite. The cover is great. It’s the pages that are a mess. We could almost say that most of the pages have been torn out, since so little, if any, of its original 1920 beauty still exists.

Save this old house. This home is a dream for the right investor. This is a beautiful craftsman with classic charm and character. The structure is solid, the work is in progress and needs to be completed by an investor with vision. The luck person to land this property will be envied by all other investors who lacked the fortitude to see this project to completion. It’s a masterpiece in the rough.
