Awesome place! But, who let some deranged idiot with a paintbrush go wild in there!?

How is this house only 25K? Does it need a foundation or something? Or is it just the fact that the roof needs insulation?
Patrick Springer
Hard to believe that it’s really 3,832 sq ft with only 2 bedrooms/1 bath.

Probably including the attic in the square footage. The listing shows the “Total Area Main: 2426”. I’m also not seeing a lot of outlets. A needed rewire may be contributing to the cost. It’s been on/off the market since 2016 (when it was listed for $39.900). Something is keeping it from selling at that price. =)

Great house. Probably needs all new wiring and insulation. Kitchen floor needs to be replaced as well as the countertops. Lots of painting to do. I am just glad to see none of the original woodwork was painted.

Wow some one really liked there colors. I like the white with brown trim and That attic would be great to be fixed into a bed room or den. Get rid of that black counter top and replace with a lighter color and a pair of 1950’s kitchen stove and refrigerator put down a new floor and clean up or redo the wood floor and clean up the outside and the lawn and side walk this house this house will be like a new house 70 years ago

Holy Toledo , it absolutely screams for neutral colors . I’m going for my sunglasses now .
