someone is going to have a nice home when its done . yes it will cost money real money but every thing dose . the one tell tell thing that tells you for the most part this one was a winner is there dose not appear to have been any vandalism . ya when its 15k expect to make some repairs and up dates you know to have to spend some money real money .
What a grand old lady! Someone thats willing to put in the work is going to have a real gem. Love the gas heater & tiled bath. My grandparents house had those.
