2 chimneys, one probably for furnace/ water heater, not shown. Back yard kinda vertical, but might be fun to see whats up above.
The brick accents are nice, house is mostly block, so could be a candidate for stucco. I hate vinyl siding.
Roof is gentle slope so easy enough to replace. Get rid of horrible acoustic ceiling thats falling down anyway.
Looks like it may be possible to add a fair size room in the attic.
