Save this old house. When you walk into this home you can’t help but see the potential. From the porch columns, exterior moldings and trim to the 360 windowed cupola on top this home is just waiting to be transformed back to the grand beauty it once was. Interior Features
The interior features natural wood, wide baseboards, a grand detailed staircase as well as many hidden gems like ornate doorknobs and hinges. This property once housed a Dr’s office and can once again contain a home office, mother in law apt or another couple main floor bedrooms. You truly can’t judge a book by its cover. At first glance, I was expecting the interior to be a train wreck. Sure, it needs work but at this price you are getting some beautiful features which would be near impossible to replace today.

I love this place, however I do agree with the comment on the bed. But if someone or even a couple of people would like to partner together in the house I would love to go that route, I just dont think my 100k would cover all the repairs, looks like it would be a stunning place when restored.
