History
According to a 1973 interview with a Mrs. Cunningham from Wheaton, Minnesota, Browns Valley, as a young man her father-in-law was a very good fiddler and played for the dances. with his brother who played the organ.

Awesome old building with lot. Lot size 90×110 feet roughly. Later it was a mechanic shop. Has power. There is one hotel room left up stairs with wallpaper. Large open space upstairs with several windows. Downstairs has cement floor and old plaster walls. That needs a little TLC. Has a little bit of tin ceiling left. It has a metal roof. Tall garage door with barn doors on rollers. Has a lean-to that has dirt floor.
