The home is in need of renovations starting at the top and going all the way down. It is not a home you can safely live in right now. The home is being sold as is and will not qualify for insured financing, VA or FHA. There is a building site at the other end of the block that is currently for sale at $30, 000. They can be sold together. The boiler needs replacing and the property has been winterized, there is no heat on. Offers will be presented as received and offer deadline is 3/6/23. The property is being sold by a Personal Representative. Please exercise caution when viewing the home.

What a sweet-looking house.

What a beauty. I’d want to also restore that vintage stove and robin’s-egg blue tub. I love the stained glass windows. I hope a skilled handyman will take an interest.

I would appreciate a statement with an indication of what might be hazardous or makes the peoperty dangerous/unsafe?, e.g., structural? What is the structural issue? Disclosure is part of the due diligence but save us some effort for those without the building experience of terrified by asbestose. It implies there is an engineer evaluation or some authority has deemed the condition requires public notification and thus should be easily available.

The realtor rarely knows the complete story of the condition of a house. A house inspection can only tell us that. In this case, the home has already sold.
