History
The Wolfe House, one of the most significant houses in Winnsboro, was built in 1880 by John Miller, a taylor. Constructed of heart pine, the two-story antebellum mansion features a gabled portico with hand-turned arches and columns. The mantels, cornices, wainscoting, door facings and trim are also hand carved. Note the symmetrical double-hung windows, too.
Repairs needed include new roof, repairing the collapsed chimney and damaged portico, and some foundation work, among other things.

The info above says this is a 200 year old house but if it was truly built in 1880 its not 200 years old.
