What a BEAUTY!!! I pray someone who knows and appreciates old beauties like this one will buy it and love it and not destroy it’s beauty.

Because it’s registered as Historic, I would think the rehabbing approval process would be daunting. But the end result would be stunning.

It looks to be in pretty good shape honestly. That “historic” badge means HUGE hassles for anything you want to do with the house. Depending on the “rules”, you could be stuck with a wall paper you hate or a color you don’t like…and anything structural…you need a whole lot of patience to deal with other people telling what, when, and how you can do anything to a home that you own. Only for the brave and patient for sure!

Gorgeous, thank God it’s on the National Register to help with the accuracy of historic preservation. The tax breaks or grant money will be perfect when bringing the exterior back to it’s original glory. Hopefully the buyers know how to use the designation to their advantage.
