It sold in November of 2021 for $95,000. It is currently Back on the market for $284,900, nearly three times what it sold for. The question is, can you find any improvements made that would constitute the Before and After price change?

It’s back on the market. They’ve destroyed a lot of the charm with BLAND colours, etc, and now they want three times what they paid for it, even though they haven’t finished ruining…I mean…remodeling…it.
Apparently $200K on some white paint inside, a repaint of about the same colour outside, including tacky gold leaf that is going to weather badly, and some landscaping. This is MY house, and mark my words, one day it will be, and I’m taking it back to what it was!
