Located on a tree-lined avenue of lovely homes in the historic southern town of Manning, South Carolina (pop. 3,943). During the US Civil War in 1865, a large section of original Manning, including the county court house, was destroyed by Potter’s Raid. The town was later struck by a downtown fire in 1895 and a tornado in 1915. The railroads and timber and agriculture industries caused Manning to flourish in the late nineteenth century and into the twentieth century.

REALTOR COMMENTS
Step back in time. This home says Southern Charm! This is a home in the 1900’s. This large home sits on almost .50Ac. 3 beds down with 1 1/2 baths, upstairs 2 bedrooms. Large front porch. Home will need updating on the electrical. This could be a real Show stopper with TLC. home sold as is. Home did have central but no warranty as the conditions of HVAC.
