I am looking for such a piece of property which has been abandoned. I do not want anything more than twenty acres and costing more than 70 K. I prefer something in ND, SD or MN….

If a property is abandoned, this means the county or state didn’t pay anything to aquire it but did lose out on any taxes owners may have had to pay through the years of its abandonment.
This is a perfect example of how this property could have been had for cheap just based on tax delinquency.
