This handyman special is located in Aurora, Indiana, a town I know well. My daughter and family lived in Aurora for 10 years. (She recently moved a town over). My son has a home in the next town, too, and we do our shopping in Aurora.

This beauty is located on Sunnyside Avenue, a main route into town. The home sits on the hill side of the road which offers views of town and the North Hogan Creek. Problem is, when it rains, (and it rains often) water streams down the hill causing difficult driving and water infiltration with homes on both sides of the street, especially the lower.

Still, I would be tempted myself to take a look at this house. It is a great price for this area. The Cincy airport is just 20 minutes away as are jobs in Cincinnati and Kentucky.
