Such a sweet eyebrow colonial in a charming town! My sister, aunt and cousins all lived in Cambridge. It is a quaint town with eclectic shops and interesting architectural gems. You can find an octagon house there. Grandma Moses lived down the road and often painted scenes from Cambridge. In fact, my aunt was friends with Grandma’s grandson.

This quaint home in the heart of the village of Cambridge was built in 1880. Much of it’s original charm remains, including hardwood floors and doors. This property boasts a good sized lot (55′ x 250′), which could be reclaimed as a large yard. Potentially 3 bedrooms. All ready for you to add your own personal touches. The possibilities are endless!! Very motivated seller…moving soon!

good grief! please, remove at least 70% of the personal possessions so that we can actually see what this house looks like.
what little one can see of the roof line says 1830 – 1850. no information of quality of structure of the foundation or the roof.
the ridgepole is seriously sway back. there are no photos that would help to answer the question as to whether the photograph is at fault or if the ridgepole is actually swayback.
in spite of all of that. it looks interesting and more informative pictures would be appreciated.

It is so pretty. If only I were younger…

I passed this house often, and the roof has appeared to be swayback ever since I can remember.

Is there a working fireplace? I agree that it is difficult to see the actual home with so much furniture in place.

That’s a question for realtor. Link in post.

Definitely a classic 1830s-40s Greek Revival, really charming. It would look spectacular painted a crisp white, and really all it needs is a spit-and-polish anyway, based on the photos. Not sure about the roofline, but that could be taken care of when the roof needs to be replaced.
