OHU50K NOTES

I believe this cute shotgun house is in the Dutchtown neighborhood of Saint Louis. Originally settled late 19th-century, early 20th-century by German immigrants, Dutchtown still retains much of its strong German identity. Most of the multi- and single-family houses were built with locally made brick between 1890 and 1910.
It is a shame that the Saint Louis crime crime is high, because this solid shotgun house has a lovely facade and the interior could be be brought back to its 1885 roots pretty easily. Unfortunately, It is my opinion that the price is too high for the condition and location of the home. What do you think!
