This home was owned by John McKeon (1867-1942). He married his wife, Emma, in 1893, and the couple raised four daughters in the home, Marie, Marguerite, Alice and Lucille. John owned his own print shop and sold spices and extracts on the side. The McKeons owned the home for more than four decades.

Some time after the death of John McKeon in 1942, his daughter, Lucille, and her husband, Carl Weinrich, took over the house.  The couple had married in 1928 and had lived in the home from that time on with the McKeons. Carl was a service manager for an auto and grocery store.
