What is with the church pics? And why is it not year round…why would I want to buy a house I can’t live in year round? (I know some might want it for a holiday cabin, but…)
It’s most likely not winterized. Asbury Grove was and still is a Methodist associated Camp Meeting, and I suspect that a number of the founding families still meet for revivals. Given that it’s within a day’s drive of Boston, it’s a well kept up Carpenter Gothic (not pristine or completely original, but eh), and the furnishings are included at no extra cost, 70k is more than reasonable, in my opinion.
