James I would love to help. I’ve historical interior design experience. Make a gorgeous home even more beautiful!
Monica it’s a historic property so there may be a grant to fix it back to what it once looked like

When you look past the clutter, there is a nice house in there. The outside is deceiving. I think the kitchen is very charming. Those windows! And I’d even ask to buy some of the furniture from them. The front entry way and that staircase are amazing too. Someone is getting a diamond in the rough with this one.

What a beautiful home. I don’t see all that as clutter. Every house has a story to tell. I’d love to know this one. It makes you wonder what happened to the person that lived there. It looks lived in and as though they left one day and never returned.

How can this property be pending and it was just listed the same day? The pending date post seems to have been from Jan.
We are now in march. Is it back on the market?

I would assume that the purchase price includes all contents – and there are some nice pieces that you could sell if you didn’t want them. One man’s trash is another man’s treasure. I love the bones of the house – high ceilings, fireplaces, etc. Only thing is that with a population of only 56 people, how far would you have to go for amenities?

you don’t many cheap houses with character in Florida. Or many affordable houses in Florida at all. Like someone said, a couple big dumpsters and a good cleaning would be a great start.
