What a wonderful time capsule! Almost everything in this two bedroom, one bath Craftsman bungalow, from the unpainted woodwork and hardwood floors to the kitchen cupboards and farm sink is the same as it was when the home was built. Even a vintage lighting fixture or two! Of course, at this price, the home needs work, most specifically the exterior, but I sure hope new owners don’t change a thing inside (except the dropped ceilings and kitchen flooring).
