This fixer upper seems rather high priced for the condition and close proximity to the Ohio River, but who can resist a Queen Anne Victorian? I thought it would be easy to research the family history of the home since it has a plaque with the name Barron. The only Barron, however, that I could find that lived here was a more recent resident, Catherine Barron.
