This home is way over priced to begin with knowing the area. The honesty of the listing agent/company would be questionable . They state that the kitchen has been updated with new cabinets ? Really the only new thing in that kitchen are the cheap counters, as the cabinets are old and so is the hardware on them. The 1 bathroom listed is actually a 3/4 bath because there is only a shower and no bathtub plus the sink, shower stall and toilet are all older. Not sure what was renovated in the bathroom except to pull the washer and dryer in there. No one wants to do laundry where they use the bathroom . Looking at everything in the bathroom setup does not show the room as being large as one can see the bathroom sink, shower, and toilet are all squished together. Most important I don’t see any heat vents anywhere which leads one to think each room is heated with space type heaters which means unsteady and more expensive outdated heating system. All things considered this houses value is much less then what the asking price is.
