Three things to consider:
1. On the plus side, the house is located in the Downtown Development District which is eligible for a variety of incentives from the State and City of Wilmington.
2. On-street parking is a problem, especially when it snows.
3.The crime rate is high. My daughter’s car was broken into a couple of times.
