This was the home of Walter J. Holtzman, a hardware store owner, and his wife, Alma. They lived in the home with their children Charles and Catharine during the 1910s and 1920s. Alma was well-liked in the community and was even given a surprise birthday by 40 friends of her church. She passed away in 1960from lung cancer.

This is a nice home but in need of updates. surprised there were no pocket doors. Bed rooms look small an no sign of bathroom.
