OHU50K NOTES
It is rare to find a Craftsman bungalow under our price constraints in Arizona, but here is one in Douglas. The home sits catty-cornered on a quarter acre, fenced corner lot on a street with small older homes. You will have to look beyond all the stuff inside to find beautiful natural woodwork, coffered ceilings, amazing built-ins, paneling and original lighting fixtures. (My husband salvaged the same crystal fixture from the 1930 Coats & Clark Thread heir’s summer house in Stone Harbor, NJ, before it was torn down.)
You will also note the clawfoot tub and original kitchen cupboard, as well as beadboard, brick fireplace, second floor hanging butt bays and stone chimney. The c.1910 bungalow will require plenty of restoration, but there are so many great original elements to work with.

I live in Tucson Az when she says Craftmans are rare here in Az she not kidding. Then to see this post too lateen it’s pending because the price is incredible . This house has a lot of potential. Unfortunately it’s close to the border and Douglas is a small town away from it all. If I could convince my husband I would buy in a NY minute .

Looks like the house from Revenge of the Nerds.
