OHU50K NOTES

Once you get past all the stuff, there is so much to appreciate about this fixer. The list? Portico, second floor wrap-around porch, dentil work, original front door (who was the “A?”) natural woodwork, staircase, coved ceilings, coffered ceilings, high ceilings, hardwood floors, fireplace with carved lion heads, wainscoting, pantry, vintage kitchen, built-ins, beadboard, tiled fireplace, transoms, arched doorways and vintage bathroom ( I love the unique pedestal on the sink). This is one for the books!
The fixer upper home sits on a large corner lot on a street with lovely old homes. It has no heat or air conditioning, and some may not like the close proximity to the railroad tracks. It is a beauty, though!
If anyone knows who the “A” family was, please let me know!
