Located in the West Price Hill neighborhood of Cincinnati, this affordable home is a cutie all around. The honey brick cottage is a little honey of a home with its porch arches, arched doorways, fireplace, and rear patio. Again we see a toilet in the basement because less mess is best if a backup occurred with the early Cincy sewer system. FYI: Plenty of job opportunities in the area.

Family History
As the second or third owners of this brick cottage, John and Mary Cipriano were barely out of their teens when they became the proud homeowners of this residence sometime after 1940. John, having only finished his second year of high school, was a baker for a wholesale bread bakery. He earned $1,000 in 1940, yet was able to save enough money for a down payment on this home. In 1953, the couple sold it to Justin and Ella Schliebaum.
