Well without any notable updates, flooring, paint, ect. I think someone if downright delusional.

For those of you are concerned about my home, it’s purchase price was $94,000, with all new Maytag appliances, all plumping, and wiring have been updated as well as new carpet, flooring and paint. Home was purchased under market value. Since closing restoration to its orginal carachter and charm with a modern industrial twist to give it a personal touch.
