What a charming house. Some rooms might be a bit small but they are comfortably furnished and look beautiful. The way that most of the original walls throughout the house adds to it’s ambiance. The orginal kitchen cabinets being kept are fabulous but I think the 2 sets of small cabinets built into the wall would have been nice to open and show what they are used for would have added to the uniqueness of them. I love that they kept the sink station but I would move it and the above cabinet to the laundry room where they would be useful for soaking or pre washing laundry items and I would turn the sunroom into a sewing/craft room with all the natural light. The 1/2 bathroom upstairs would be perfect to add either a claw foot tub or a older porcelain soaked tub. The gorgous wood walls and if possible find an more period time sink. It is great they left the outhouse in the yard hopefully they have a cute chicken coup for their hens too. Beautiful home !
