Ann writes, “Here is a home, in my beloved town of Johnstown, PA, that has been discounted more than $100,000 in the last month. Obviously a very motivated seller; this is a foreclosure. It looks well cared for, and 15905 is a better area of the town. It probably will need the sewer redone, but I think the place is lovely.”

I especially love the French doors flanking the fireplace, and the large picture window in the living room.
