For all you George F. Barber fans (myself included), here is one of his confirmed designs. Built in 1883, the home has ornate ceilings, domed tower, hardwood floors and fireplace. Too bad the brick porch was added in the 1920s or ’30s, but the house is still a beauty!
Shame on the agent for suggesting this become an investment property, maybe even a duplex! If I were the seller, I would stipulate that the home is only to be owner occupied.

Those exquisite porches need to be restored, That brick is an atrocity! What kind of person would do such a thing- to both porches!?
