What a cool place!

Well, that explains a lot, train tracks right across the street.

I used to live in Pine Bluff and that is not a great place to live. Check the crime rate within 5 blocked of the house. The train is right there too. I know they have quite a bit of trains daily. But it looks like a beautiful home.

Very big beautiful house. What’s Lincrusta?

Well, if you look at the aerial view, this house couldn’t possibly be sitting on an acre…

That’s what I thought, too.

Lincrusta is a heavy wallpaper used often in Victorian homes. Designed to be painted, it’s almost like a linoleum for walls and ceilings.

The listing as well as Zillow show it has a .25 acre lot not 1.15 as shown here.

They originally had it as 1.15. which I questioned myself just by looking at it. Will change it now. Thanks.
