Sold – Under $100K Sunday – Circa 1900 Tennessee Fixer Upper Queen Anne Under $88K
OHU50K Notes $87,500 Sold
This fixer upper home was damaged in the August 2021 flood and is being sold in AS IS condition. The Victorian fixer upper was stunning at one time and could be again. Spacious main level and finished upstairs. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The home has been partially gutted and sprayed for mold.
Realtor Comments
Some of the hardwood floorings is still down and in decent shape. The upstairs has laminate flooring. The lot is amazing! You can see that it was beautiful at one time with nice landscaping, detached storage building, gazebo, back patio and there was PVC white fencing at one time. Most of the fencing is still there. The roof is good except for one spot on a corner where debris hit it and damage a small spot. There is some of the original wood siding and some vinyl siding. It has a concrete driveway.

How sad for this once beautiful gem.

What happened to all the sheetrock?????
George Bahr
To answer your question Debra. The house was severely flooded. Removal of drywall and or plaster was done as first step to prevent mold intrusion through the house. Since that has already been done, it would also be a good time for some plumbing and electrical upgrades 4 the drywall is reinstalled.
