Sold – Under $100K Sunday – Circa 1900 Victorian in Palestine, TX $100K
OHU50K Notes $100,000 Sold
The paneling is sad, but the circa 1900 Victorian has such a wealth of intact elements that we can almost overlook the poor alteration. Look at those substantial porch pillars on brick piers! Love ’em. What I love even more are the tiled fireplace mantels and the vintage kitchen! What are your favorite elements of this gem?

$100k for the whole house. $90k for the exterior, $10k for the interior. Intact elements, but so much work to do. Plus the crime in Palestine…I dunno.

Wow. I’ve driven past this house for many years on my way to town from our family farm in nearby Elkhart. I’ve always wanted to see the inside. I was not disappointed.
