Family History
From the 1940s to 1967, this was the home of the Holden family. Harry P. Holden (1896-1956) was born in Denmark and moved to Chester in 1931. He had two years of college and was a sales manager for the W.T. Rawleigh Company. After Harry’s death in 1956, his wife Elizabeth continued to live in the home until she died in 1967.
