Family History
Charles Andrew Seller (1890-1966). married Helen Dwinwell (1890-1982) in 1915, saved up money as a clerk for the Santa Fe railroad office, and built this home for his family in 1919. Seller’s WWI draft registration describes him as a caucasian male of medium build and height with black hair and brown eyes. The Sellers lived here for about 10 years with their children Wilhemina and Charles as well as Charles Senior’s mother and sister before moving to a new home on West 8th Street in Topeka.
