This lovely Victorian home for sale has multiple rooflines and patterned shingles that provide so much interest to the facade of the house. Family History
Earl Huber (1898-1970) and his wife Lucille Bell Huber (1903-1980). The couple married in 1927 and moved into this home in 1938 with their young daughter Helen. Earl supported the family as a lineman for the electric company for more than 25 years, earning $2,000 a year in 1940. The difficult job put him in poor health the last 12 years of his life, and after he passed in 1970, Lucille sold the home and moved to Vancouver, Washington, to live with her daughter Helen. The photo below is of Lucille, announcing her wedding to Earl. Pretty lady.

This house is lovely inside and would look even better outside with a good painting crew like the ones I hired this summer to paint my 1920 house…someone who loves older homes and specializes in making them look good. Someone will have a happy life in this pretty diamond in the rough.
