Father Time has barely touched this circa 1935 Craftsman bungalow, and for that we are ecstatic! Get out your softest socks to skate on the gleaming hardwoods, and pick up some Jadeite dinner ware to fill the vintage cupboards. I bet someone read 1935’s popular book Little House on the Prairie on that window seat.
Welcome to Pairs, AR the Gateway to Mt. Magazine State Park and to 818 E Chism! This charming craftsman built in 1935 still has its original hardwood floors, woodwork, and antique style. This 3 bed 1 bath home is perfect for any family. It sits on an exceptionally large lot for the street/area, and is ready for a little bit of love to restore it to it’s full charm! The home features a full basement, large attic space, formal dining room with beautiful glass french doors opening up to the living room, a screened in back porch, and HUGE yard. Roof replaced in 2018. Per Listing

Hello! My husband and I purchased this home and have made upgrades such as new interior/exterior paint, new front porch, installed HVAC, flooring in kitchen and bathroom, and added a laundry room. We maintained the original history and integrity of the home by keeping all wood trim untouched (other than cleaning), kept the original sinks, and refinished the original hardwood floors.
New listing coming soon!

Sounds great! Would love to see before and after photos!
