OHU50K NOTES Sold
This mid-century modern home is one of a handful of similarly styled homes in the Alder Avenue subdivision. The exterior has more of the MCM vibe than the interior, but the interior may still have enough to please.
Pride of homeownership shows in this brick beauty. Open floor plan allows for endless possibilities. Home has spacious three spacious rooms, and two bathrooms. The kitchen has ample cabinetry and tons of space for any family cook. Enjoy the privilege of no stairs throughout. You will love the closet space included in this large ranch. Corner lot is level and has curb appeal. The fenced in back yard lends itself to entertainment and is pet-friendly. Home being sold as-is. Per Listing
LOVE the front door and walk up appeal! Paint that front door bright orange, with that unusual black storm door would definitely give curb appeal. Okay not normally my style but this would be a easy fix to be brought back for not much money and would look so much better. Get rid of kitchen cabinet doors and have doors made to match those beautiful drawer doors in that island. In the living room strip that cabinet of doors and trim! Paint cabinets matte black then add doors to match kitchen cab. Not sure about those mirrors throughout. But what a awesome place to hide kitchen appliances. Maybe rollout shelves. Just a thought.
