Don’t miss out on this investment opportunity!! This charming 3 bedroom, 1 bath home, built in 1910, has stunning details that allow you to feel the history as you walk through each room. There is a screened in front porch area, you will notice very tall ceilings in the entrance/hallway as you enter, the uniquely shaped great room towards the front of the house has lots of light, and the home has hardwood floors. It sits on a beautiful 1.17 acres with trees and may have a seasonal stream running alongside the back of property. This property is conveniently located close to stores, schools, and restaurants. This will be sold as is. There are 4 electric heaters that will convey. There were two new windows installed in one of the bedrooms and the bathroom. A new electric box was installed and needs to be connected to the meters outside of the home. Please call listing agent with questions

To the guy living in 1940, 5k won’t get you the land the house was on..it has over 1.17 acres. Some of you haven’t seen the housing market since 2019. The housing market is scarce on houses and interest rates are all time low. Houses are routinely going 10k over asking price. It’s amazing that this one went BELOW asking price. My advice is take your 5k…and go buy a tent and move to cali.
