This Tennessee farmhouse for sale is an estate auction which will be accepting online bids until March 10. The suggested bid is $90K, but that is up to the bidder. I don’t usually feature auctions, because who knows how high the selling price will reach. As I already had created the post before realizing it is an auction sale, however, I figured I would go ahead and post it. Hope you don’t mind.

This house has recently undergone some remodeling.  The house is very livable and comfortable in its current condition, but still has projects to completed.  These “yet to be finished” projects are part of the charm and excitement left for the new owners.

This 4 bedroom house of 2,500+ square feet has so much potential!  Walk in the front foyer and look into the finished living room.  This section of the house has been completed and features an “Open Design” where the living room opens into the dining area which is open to the kitchen.  This entire area has been finished where the original floors have been refinished and walls & ceilings showcase the original lap board siding painted farmhouse white.  The kitchen is all new!
